           在鐵路工程節能降耗的調查(chá)中發現,蓄水池二次供水係統采(cǎi)用的離心泵設備(bèi)設置有泵(bèng)房及通(tōng)風采暖(nuǎn)附屬設施,離心泵工作時,電動機風冷(lěng)噪音大,水(shuǐ)泵填料(liào)需要日常維護(hù),存(cún)在占地麵積大、能耗高、工作條(tiáo)件惡劣以及供水設施建設與運營成本指標高的突(tū)出問題。對於設置於管井水體中的(de)潛水泵,無需風冷和通風采暖(nuǎn)設施,能耗低,但在(zài)更換維護時(shí),需要頻繁分解和安裝揚水管(guǎn),維護十分麻煩;另外(wài),由(yóu)於節能高(gāo)揚程潛水泵電動機設(shè)置在水泵組下部,導致(zhì)潛水泵進水口位置高,在淺水域蓄(xù)水池使用時易產(chǎn)生旋流進氣,影響工作效(xiào)率。
