排汙泵因為作業環境相對惡劣複雜，若不注重日常養護，各類異常故障的發生概率相較其他泵類產品要（yào）高，發生鏽蝕（shí）的排汙泵（bèng）往往開機困難，無法正常完成輸運工作。

像這種情況隻能通過拆泵後替換鏽蝕嚴（yán）重的部件來恢（huī）複使用，而且發生鏽蝕的部件如（rú）果十分嚴重，出現卡死情況，拆卸起來就會困難許多（duō），可（kě）以（yǐ）通過加熱的方式來降低拆卸難度，配合木（mù）錘（chuí）敲擊和一字螺絲刀進行撬，盡量（liàng）避免硬拉，以（yǐ）防損壞泵體。根據實際鏽蝕情況，還可考慮在鏽蝕的間隙中滴入潤滑油浸透片刻，可（kě）以進一步降（jiàng）低拆卸難（nán）度。

從以往的排汙泵使用經驗來看，通常是使用完畢後不排除（chú）積水，或者長時間存放在潮濕中導致的鏽蝕。不鏽鋼排汙泵並非不會生鏽，隻是相對於一般的（de）鋼鐵（tiě）而言，所能適應的環境（jìng）更（gèng）為廣泛，但若存放或者（zhě）日常保養不當，依然是有可能（néng）會生鏽的。

在停用排汙泵後及時排進泵內積液，如果一（yī）定時間內（nèi）不會再使用，則盡量存放在清潔通（tōng）風的環境中；

長時間不用的排汙泵不要直接放置於液下不（bú）管，應當（dāng）及時收納後（hòu）儲存（cún），減少電機受潮的機會，同時也減少受（shòu）到鏽蝕的概率；

定（dìng）期檢查排汙泵的運行參數和各個組件的完好性，可有效預（yù）防異常工（gōng）況的出現。
