一般有以下三種原因。

1、潛水泵過載，潛水泵過載為什麽有時候還能（néng）開起來，因為有的（de）潛水泵過載，並不是電氣過載，而是內部機械結構卡澀，比如常見的軸承上鏽（xiù）缺油，軸杆軸套變形（xíng），所以在首次啟動的時候就會比較幹涉（shè），無法啟動。

來回上電幾次以後，稍微潤滑才（cái）能（néng）夠啟動，建議把潛（qián）水泵拆開軸承上油，如果上鏽比較嚴重就把軸承換（huàn）掉，修複軸套還有軸杆，如果長時間這樣使用，會（huì）導（dǎo）致潛水泵（bèng）無法使用的。

還有一（yī）種是（shì）電氣過載，就是水泵在（zài）啟動的過程中啟動（dòng）電流過大（dà），有可能是內（nèi）部線圈出現了問題，建議到專業電機維修公司進行維修。

2、潛水泵漏電，其實這也是有概率性的，就比如說（shuō）家庭線路中，有時候發（fā）現家裏的漏電保護器跳閘，推上去後又能使用，而且有的時候連續幾天都不會有跳閘的情況發生，但是不能排（pái）除有漏電的可能（néng）。

所以如果沒（méi）有過載短路，那麽就要把整個電（diàn）線換掉試一下，如果能夠解決問題那就是（shì）電線漏電的原因。

3、空氣開關選型不對，選擇額定電（diàn）流值，一般的潛水泵大概在4000瓦左右，那麽在選（xuǎn）擇電流值的時候選擇25安就可（kě）以（yǐ）了，如果（guǒ）沒有選擇25安，而是選擇了16安20安（ān），這個時候就會出現（xiàn）跳閘的情況。

If the rust is serious, replace the bearing and repair the shaft sleeve and shaft rod. If it is used for a long time, the submersible pump will not be able to be used.

There is also an electrical overload, that is, the starting current of the water pump is too large during the starting process. There may be a problem with the internal coil. It is recommended to go to a professional motor maintenance company for maintenance.

2. In fact, the leakage of submersible pump is also probabilistic. For example, in the home line, sometimes it is found that the leakage protector at home trips and can be used after being pushed up. Sometimes, there will be no tripping for several consecutive days, but the possibility of leakage cannot be ruled out.

Therefore, if there is no overload or short circuit, replace the whole wire and try. If the problem can be solved, that is the reason for the leakage of the wire.

3. If the type selection of air switch is wrong, first select the rated current value. Generally, the submersible pump is about 4000 watts. Then select 25 a when selecting the current value. If 25 A is not selected, but 16 A and 20 A are selected, tripping will occur at this time.
